(no subject)

So we have another offer in on a house, and I started comparing it to an earlier house that we looked at, and I realized the current offer has 86 more square feet, but costs $17,000 more. The one we have an offer on is slightly newer and in slightly better shape (especially the windows), but the difference is not that dramatic. In either one, we're going to be hard pressed to find a place for my home gym. And the cheaper one has an extra full bath.

So I am really conflicted, and am thinking of backing out on this latest offer. I think the pressure is getting to me, and I'm not making wise decisions. I'd rather pay $17,000 less right now, and add on later.

Anyway.

This weekend I took the kids up to Whitetop Mtn to get away, and refresh my fried brain. Alt stayed home and rested. I took some pics up there, as well as some at my parent's house... a few I like.
