Anyone want to take pity on this poor bloke and send him some Ginger Altoids? I can't find them anywhere.

Feeling headachy and stiff neckachy, I sought to crack my neck via usual mechanisms. Instead of comforting crack though, got two stage bang with crunch, and had vision replaced for a few seconds by white light and flitters.
