I was extremely pleased with yesterday's photo taking. It had been raining when we first got there, so we drove on past, thinking we'd check out something labelled "overlook" in the gazetter. Unfortunately, as we drove up, we entered the clouds, and visibility went to less than 50 feet while the rain and mist got worse. We turned around and came back down, and just when we got to the falls, the rain tapered off. It was overcast and wet, slightly cool, and the colors were amazing. It smelled wonderful. It was an awesome day, and the photos coming out well just made it all the better. Yes, I get geeked over stuff like this.
