Know about the 24 hour thing but when [livejournal.com profile] daltong and I put the bid on this place it was more than 24 hours, even in the crazed SF Bay Area housing market.

Could they (realator) be having problems with the owners since it sounds like the sellors are in the middle of messy divorce?
