misterxStill working towards the closing on the house... I went by last night to verify the repairs the owners said they had finished. Not so much though, they hadn't put any of the loose wires in junction boxes like they were supposed to. I took pics of all the needed repairs w/my digi, went back to the office and put them in a document w/notes. I had a printout on their kitchen table in 15 minutes total. :)
The problem is the mortgage co wants me to sign off on the repairs before they will continue the underwriting. If they don't get the repairs done TODAY it may well delay the closing. It's rather annoying. The house inspection turned up an array of issues, but the ones I asked them to fix were all inexpensive and fairly easy. So it's kind of insulting to have them try to jerk me around about it. Well, too bad guys, I noticed.
In other news, things are getting busier at work. That is a good sign.
