First Friday is when once a month Johnson City shuts down Main Street and there are open houses at the businesses, performers, and so on. I was wandering about with my camera for this one.
1. In the park between Main and Market

2. Cranking out original bluegrass, as well as Eagles tunes in bluegrass style.

3.

4. They were quite talented actually.

5. the "counting to eleven" joke

6.

7.

8. Night is falling, I love all the colors of lighting that abound.

9.

10.

11. My coworker Sean down by Nelson's Art Gallery

12. Lorelei setting up her next peer-based social interaction

13. I just liked the red

14. The town was tearing up old pavement and discovered brick and railroad tracks underneath, apparently this was forgotten about. They are considering whether to restore the brick and permanently close this part of main, or to repave.

15. This is what I get for turning off spot metering... it missed the eyes. Argh.

16.

17.

18. A snare and guitar over by the Stay True Tattoo shop. (I work right across the street from here)

19. Finally had to break out the flash, it was getting too dark.

20. Finally had to break out the flash, it was getting too dark.
