If anyone out there has a killer salsa recipe, lay it on me. I just got back from the store, and I'm disappointed in having 50 brands of what appear to be characterless salsas. Homogeneous red slurry, no color, no separation, bleah.

I want real salsa, and I'm prepared to cook to get it. I'm particularly interested in one where the veggies are fire roasted before using. Anybody?
