on 2004-06-14 04:40 am (UTC)As for how to capture lightning... take long exposures, get comfortable, and be prepared to sit there until your butt goes numb. ;) Actually, I shot those squeezed into the back seat of my Geo Metro, shooting out the back open hatch. So it was my legs that went numb.
I was also highly annoyed with the diety at the lightning switch, they weren't cooperating. I missed three absolutely fabulous bolts by less than a second each.
