One mans junk is another man's ______________ .

(blame [livejournal.com profile] morbidlybella for this, she gave me the idea when she responded to my last post)

One man's junk is another man's treasure and his wife's junk. It's all in the perspective.

My husband thought two dead jeeps in the garage of the old house was his next project. I thought it was two piles of rusting junk. We actually managed to sell the two of them for $200; I won't go into how much of a loss we took on them.

they surely sold way below their true worth.

Oh, they did. But we had gone bankrupt and lost the house, and at least we got $200 out of them instead of just leaving them at the foreclosed house.

I'd actually be more interested in that question if he manages to steal the upcoming election.
