I got some really great pictures of the kids yesterday, but they aren't downloaded yet. althaea did their hair, because my mom was going to take them in to one of those dress-up studios to get their pics taken. I took them to Mom's early, and we were all out on the back porch relaxing, and I took pictures while the girls played. I'm in love with some of these shots. I'll post them, but not yet, as there will be more picture taking today. I'm going to Laurel Falls, near Hampton, TN. I'm bringing Storm, and will be meeting brujaoscura and her kids there. I'm trying not to be such a social recluse. :) Should be lots of pics to post after this weekend!

Off I go, to shower for the sake of humanity.

Sort of. :) Turns out there are two trailheads. I didn't know that. They were at one end, we were at the other, and ne'er 'tween the two did meet. But Storm and I made the best of it, made a picnic of veggies and fruit, and hiked for about 1 1/2 hours. I don't think I officially saw the falls, but I got some pics nevertheless. She was disappointed she didn't get to meet anybody new though.
