ebay is dangerous
Feb. 4th, 2007 02:00 pmI've never done anything on ebay except a buy-now transaction, but today decided I would learn how to sell stuff on there. I figured i'd start by selling some of the knives i used to collect. Some should fetch $200+. So I set out to take product pictures. Some of these have been sitting in boxes for quite a while, and this one fiskars field knife had something on the blade. I get out my trusty wire brush and start scrubbing the blade.
For the first time ever in my life, I slipped while handling a knife. I keep all my blades shaving sharp (literally, that's how I test the edge) and as a result cut the living shit out of my index finger.
I've got it pressure wrapped to try and stop the bleeding. I dont need no steenkin doctor. I'm going to superglue it.
/wheeeeeee...
edit to add pics:

I glued it (kinda gory): http://www.vaughnsphotoart.com/miscimg/ow2.jpg
