i am completely in awe of your pictures.
how in the HECK do you get your camera to do that?
do you leave the shutter open?
i'm assuming the images aren't photoshopped.
i want a camera that has more capabilities than my point and shoot nikon coolpix 4800. poo.

If you camera has the ability to set the shutter speed to something like 1 or 2 seconds then that is a great start.

i don't think it does. it has presets that will do that, but as far as i can tell, i can't do it manually.

Just noticed I didn't answer... these are not photoshopped, other than adjusting levels/saturation and applying the border. In other words, it's not "made up".

I can vouch for that. I've been to some of these places- living fairly close by some.
You going to check out Linville Fall and Gorge sometime?(and the caverns there are awesome)(and if you do can I see pics?)

I've been to Linville falls but the problem there is they don't let you get off the trails. More like an amusement park with water than nature.
