Foiled in his plans to let Dubai handle the transmission of a shipping container of WMD's into America*, Bush tries again, letting them be in charge of plants that manufacture parts for our military.
"Dammit, Dick, if I can't get a major attack on American soil soon, I'm going to have to quit playing president. We don't want that. Haliburton doesn't want that."
* This is probably, maybe possibly just speculation. I'm sure there is a good reason we need an Islamic country in charge of assets regarding America's national security.
