I wouldn't have guessed this, but the phrase "artificial anus" appears 11,800 times in the Googleable universe. It is found in stirring missives with titles like "Mathematical-physical deliberations over the development of artificial-anus prolapse", "Odlegla ocena sztucznego odbytu mioplastycznego i wytworzonego klasycznie na podstawie badan manometrycznych i radiologicznych", and "Endothoracic anesthesia for artificial anus formation in rabbits". Who knew there was so much interest and info on the topic of faux... anii?

I shall now feel some pride if someone calls me a "genuine asshole".
