I was watching some videos about mind control and the mk ultra program, and it inspired this image. Rather obviously, it's been altered.

sorry i forgot to reply to this.

I created a layer on top of the image, applied a red/yellow gradient to the layer, and set layer blend to multiply. Then made another layer, added the right hand shadow, and did a darken blend on that.
