Better solution all around....individuals and legitimate businesses should ALWAYS have their info come up on caller id, leaving the *unavailable* title for telemarketers and the like. Then people could choose to screen the phone calls coming in to their homes and ignore those from unavailable sources. Or another identifying title should be issued for the phone lines telemarketers use, so even if they can't be forced to disclose their business name and number, they also couldn't *sneak* into your home by being just another anonymous call.
