For want of a large print

*sigh* This is one of those images that only works well when seen large, I'd say 12x18 or up. The real impact in this photo derives from the light colored leaf being the only point of sharp focus in the photo (see this detail). But sized down this much, you can't tell that. Oh well. :)

Maybe it's my screen and how close I sit to it, but the photo worked for me. I agree that larger would be better, but it didn't take any extraordinary imaginative powers on my part to enjoy this. While the light colored leaf with its droplets is the focal point, I love those purple-burgundy one to either side, and the unintentional line of light colored leaf bits going up the photo. It's a good one for contemplation.
