The engine covers were both off. I'm betting someone couldn't get it running, and couldn't afford to pay to have it done.

That's a shame. At the very least, sell it - someone might take it apart for parts, but at least it's not rotting in a field some place. :(

In this case I selectively dropped the saturation of all the colors except the aqua/cyan.
