Looks like I made a good choice to drop Kodak Gallery

From an email I just received from Kodak Gallery (formerly Ofoto):

If their prints are equivalent to CVS's, I'm not their target customer. It's a pity... they used to have high standards back in the Ofoto days. I worried this would happen.

argh!!!!!!!!!! noooooooooo...... Eastman is good....... Rochester has chem too.... but without Kodak, no movies..... no pics, no America as we know it..

They do make good products, but the customer service on the site I mentioned has been slipping. I don't do them any favors by keeping quiet about it or lying about it either, so think of it that way. And to equate themselves as being the same product as CVS is a big mistake in my opinion.
