Prescription help for the uninsured

Looking into this today... here are some websites. To be eligable your income has to be below X amount (it varies), and you can't have prescription help through any other source.

i'll look into this. some of the meds prescribed to me are over 300 a month and are just impossible for us to afford.

rxoutreach is fantastic.
Also, if you ask at a local pharmacy, they can let you know if your county offers any discounts. Our chamber of commerce offers a free reduced price rx plan.

You don't WANT to know what my meds cost.... lets just say that when my ex made 2000 a month- my meds were easily half.
I'm lucky- I qualified for help with my meds- and my pharmacist doesn't charge a co-pay to those in tight financial straits.
